Solidification Model of part without any Feed or Fill systems. Provides an excellent understanding of solidification progression based on mould/cavity setup, porosity plot and critical areas to design your Feed/Chill system accordingly.

Solidification Model for Part/Feed System including all Feeders/Risers, Vents and Chills. Provides an excellent understanding of Feed System Layout, risers’ interaction, depth of feed, and chill system effectiveness.

Full Simulations of Fill & Solidification of part including Fill/Feed Systems. Provides comprehensive view of fill time, molten metal progression in the cavity, chock points, short fill & possible cold shots (if any), fill turbulences, cold front movement/growth taking into consideration all variables, air back pressure, filters, mold roughness, thermal exchanges, die coatings and gravity to accurately simulate the casting processes.
